Mondo Convenienza Holding S.p.A., a company belonging to the Mondo Convenienza Group (hereinafter referred to as "Mondo Convenienza" or "Data Controller"), is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and would like you to feel safe both when simply browsing the Site and if you decide to register by providing us with your personal data to take advantage of the services made available to our Users. On this page, Mondo Convenienza intends to provide specific information on the processing of personal data relating to those users who visit or consult the Website accessible electronically starting from the address https://mondoconvenienza.bravosolution.com/web/login.html (hereinafter also the “Site"). The information is provided only for the Website indicated with the brand "Mondo Convenienza" and not for other websites that may be consulted by the User through links (for which reference is made to the respective privacy policies).
The reproduction or use of pages, materials and information contained within the site, by any means and on any medium, is not permitted without the prior written consent of Mondo Convenienza. Copying and/or printing is permitted for personal and non-commercial use only (for requests and clarifications contact Mondo Convenienza at the addresses indicated below (ref. paragraph "Contacts"). Other uses of content, services and information on this Site are not permitted. With regard to the content offered and the information provided, Mondo Convenienza undertakes to keep the contents of the Site reasonably updated and revised, without offering any guarantee on the adequacy, accuracy or completeness of the information provided, explicitly declining any responsibility for any omission errors in the information provided on the Site.
With this policy, the Data Controller provides some information regarding the use of data relating to relations with its Suppliers and Partners (hereinafter jointly "Third Parties"), it being understood that pursuant to article 1 of the GDPR "personal data" is only that referring to natural persons.

Mondo Convenienza informs you that all personal data provided by you and acquired at the same time as the request for information and/or contact, registration on the Site and use of the services via smartphone or any other tool used to access the Internet, as well as the data necessary to provide these services, including browsing data also through other websites of the companies belonging to the Mondo Convenienza Group, but also just the so-called “browsing" data for the Users to browse the Site, will be processed in compliance with the applicable legislation. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission, is implicit in the use of the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects. However, by its very nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, it could allow visitors to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the devices used by users to access the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the web server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the User’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check the Website’s correct functioning. It should be noted that the aforementioned data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of computer crimes against this Website or other sites connected or linked to it.

Mondo Convenienza collects, stores and processes your personal data for the purposes indicated in the following paragraph Purpose of the processing and legal basis.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated in the specific section of the Website, as well as the compilation of questionnaires (e.g. forms), communication via chat, push notification via APP, social network, call center, images or videos, etc., involves the subsequent acquisition of some of your personal data, including that collected by using APPS and related services, necessary to respond to requests. Please also note that in order to access digital content and services offered directly by Mondo Convenienza or by our Partners, it may be necessary to transfer your personal data to these third parties. Please note that you may access the Site or connect to areas where you may be able to post information using blogs or bulletin boards, communicate with others, for example coming from the Mondo Convenienza page on Facebook®, Youtube ®, Twitter ®, Pinterest ®, Instagram® and other social networking sites, review products and offers and post comments or content. Before interacting with these areas, please carefully read the General Conditions of Use taking into account that, in certain circumstances, the information published can be viewed by anyone who has access to the Internet and all the information you include in your publications can be read, collected and used by third parties.
The personal data processed, such as the company name of individual companies, VAT number, data relating to the economic situation, name of the legal representative/attorney, can be collected:
· through agents and representatives during bids and/or a relationship or a supply proposal;
· by external companies in public registers, lists and archives (for example, the Chambers of Commerce, Cerved) for the purposes of commercial information, and therefore to allow us to assess the reliability of Third Parties;
· as part of the completion of the telematic procedures managed through the Portal dedicated to managing purchases. In the latter case, browsing data related to using the Portal may also be collected through the IT systems and software procedures used to control its operation.
The data is processed for the purposes of:
a) fulfilments related to the qualification of the Third Parties (in consideration, for example, of the possession of certifications and compliance with the regulations by the Third Parties, and/or our assessments regarding the financial soundness of the Third Parties) and the establishment of the contractual relationship: the legal basis relating to such processing is the execution of a contract or the execution of pre-contractual measures;
b) execution of an assessment of the reliability of Third Parties: the legal basis for such processing is the execution of a contract or the execution of pre-contractual measures;
c) compliance with regulatory obligations, including accounting and tax obligations: the legal bases for such processing are the execution of a contract and the fulfilment of legal obligations;
d) measurement of the degree of satisfaction of the Data Controller: the legal basis relating to this processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in assessing the degree of satisfaction in relation to the Third Parties it relies on;
e) protection of the rights of the Data Controller: the legal basis for such processing is the need to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court, or the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the protection of its rights.
f) respond to requests for contact and assistance from Third Parties: the legal basis for such processing is the execution of a contract or the execution of pre-contractual measures.
The provision of data by Third Parties is necessary, as otherwise it will not be possible to sign a contract, and consequently it will not be possible to continue the relationship, or it will not be possible to respond to requests for contact and assistance.
Processing is also carried out with the help of electronic or automated means and is performed by Mondo Convenienza and/or by third parties that Mondo Convenienza can use to store, manage and transmit the data. Data is processed according to logics of organisation and processing of your personal data, including the relevant logs originating from the access and use of the services made available via the web, the used services related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The personal data processed will be retained for the times provided for by the law in the applicable time.
Again with regard to data security, in the sections of the Website prepared for particular services, where personal data is requested from the browsing User, the data is encrypted by using a security technology called Secure Sockets Layer, abbreviated to SSL. SSL technology encrypts the information before it is exchanged via the Internet between the User's computer and the central Mondo Convenienza systems, making it incomprehensible to unauthorised users and thus guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information transmitted; moreover, transactions carried out by using electronic payment instruments are carried out by using the Payment Service Provider (PSP) platform directly and Mondo Convenienza retains only the minimum set of information necessary to manage any disputes. Precisely with reference to the aspects of protection of personal data, Third Parties are invited, pursuant to art. 33 of the GDPR, to report any circumstances or events from which a potential "personal data breach" may arise in order to allow an immediate assessment and the adoption of any actions aimed at countering this event by sending an email to the addresses indicated below (ref. "Contacts" paragraph).
In order to achieve the aforementioned purposes, Mondo Convenienza may communicate the personal data to third parties with which we have relationships, and have these process such data in Italy and abroad, if such third parties provide services at our request. We will only provide these third parties with the information necessary to perform the requested services taking all measures to protect your personal data. The data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area if this is necessary to manage your contractual relationship. In this case, the data recipients will be subject to protection and security obligations equivalent to those guaranteed by the Joint Data Controllers. In any case, only the data necessary to achieve the intended purposes will be communicated and the guarantees applicable to data transfers to third countries will be applied, where required.
In addition to the companies of the Mondo Convenienza Group, associated companies, subsidiaries and/or parent companies, we may also disclose the personal data to:
a) the Financial Administration, Public Safety Authorities, port offices;
b) carriers or other entities for services ancillary to the supply or services purchased;
c) companies or professional bodies for fraud control and debt recovery;
d) banks and credit institutions in the context of the financial management of the company and insurance companies;
e) subjects in charge of auditing financial statements and administrative, tax and contractual consultants;
f) companies in charge of managing the Portal and IT applications.
In addition, personal data may be communicated to competent public bodies and authorities to comply with regulatory obligations or to ascertain liability in the event of a computer crime against the Site. Personal data may also be communicated to or allocated at third parties (in their capacity as processors or, in the case of providers of electronic communication services, independent controllers) who provide IT and telematic services (e.g. hosting services, website management and development) and who Mondo Convenienza uses to perform technical and organisational tasks and activities which are instrumental to the Website’s correct functioning. In addition, the data may be disclosed to third parties in the context of changes in corporate structures such as mergers, transfers of companies or business units.
The subjects belonging to the categories listed above operate as separate
Data Controllers or as Data Processors appointed for this purpose by the
Data Controller.
The personal data may also be known by the employees/consultants of the
Data Controller who have been specifically appointed as Data Processors.
The data subject may at any time exercise the rights that are recognised by law, including:
a. access to their personal data, obtaining evidence of the purposes pursued by the Data Controller, the categories of data involved, the recipients to whom it may be communicated, the applicable retention period, the existence of automated decision-making processes;
b. obtain without delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them;
c. obtain, in the cases provided for, the deletion of their data;
d. obtain the restriction of processing or object to the same, where possible;
e. request the portability of the data they have provided to the Data Controller, i.e. to receive it in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, also to transmit that data to another data controller, within the limits and with the constraints provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR;
where processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before such withdrawal. In addition, a complaint may be filed with the Italian Data Protection Authority pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR.
